Grappling Certification Camp Level 1. 3 days of pure BJJ!

  • On July 16th to 18th our team offered the 1st Grappling Certification Camp held at The Center Martial Arts, home of Best Way Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Bridgeport, CT.

    It were three days of pure BJJ and Submission Grappling. All the participants learn not only techniques but concepts used in our schools: how to teach a class from the beginning to the live practice.

    In each day the group was included in one regular class so they could have a real experience in a grappling class or in a mixed martial arts practice.

    The goal now is to have the Level 2 Camp at the end of October.
